Ever feel like you're just going through the motions - busy, distracted but unsure what your life is really for?At Thrive, we're looking into what it means to be "Ready for Action" - not by trying harder, but by being changed by Jesus and living with real purpose.Come hangout, have fun, and hear how Christ calls and sets us up to live for Him. You don't have to have it all together - just come ready to hear the truth.
Are you looking for a place where you can explore your questions about God, life, and yourself? Do you want to meet new friends who share your values and interests? Do you enjoy games, music, and snacks? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you should check out Sunday Night Students! Sunday Night Students meets every Sunday night from 6 to 8 pm at First Norfolk in room 300. We have engaging discussions, inspiring worship, and exciting activities for students in grades 6 to 12. Whether you are a believer or a seeker, you are welcome to join us and discover what God has in store for you. Come and see for yourself why Sunday Night Students is the best way to end your weekend and start your week! Please enter the building at the East entrance or from the lobby. A Red banner will indicate the student entrance. The time is listed as 6-8pm in order to have time for a half hour before and after to hangout with the students, but the actual event is from 6:30-7:30. If you plan on having your student eat at the cafè in 300 the price is $4 for a meal.
We have LIFEgroups for students to connect in community with other students their age. At 9 am, there is a LIFEgroup for grades 6th - 12th. And at 10:30 am, for those who prefer a more intimate small group experience, there is a Middle School & High School LIFEgroup. At both hours, students first gather in room 300 for a ten-minute hang time with coffee & donuts, and then for what we call The Sunday share. We have had professional athletes, state champions, poets, and people from our church share how they are living out their faith. We offer both hours to better serve our families and to ensure everybody has the opportunity to b both in a LIFEgroup and in worship with their family every Sunday morning. Please enter the building at the East entrance or from the lobby. A Red banner will indicate the student entrance.

All students are required to have a medical release form on file in order to attend any Student Ministry Event. The medical release form only needs to be filled out once every calendar year and will need to be notarized. The church has several notaries on staff if you need that assistance.
