YOUNG AT HEART 2017 MONTHLY MEETINGS

The Young at Heart group meets each month on the first Tuesday at 10 AM in the Fellowship Hall. Each month, we spend time in the Word, praying, have interesting speakers, time for fellowship, singing, and the occasional special feature. Young at Heart Lunch Menus 2017 (Program TBD)

Feb. 7: Fried chicken, rice and gravy, California blend veggies, biscuits, and cherry cobbler

March 7: Pork loin with dressing, baked apples, green beans, rolls, and lemon pie

April 4: Turkey with dressing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed veggies, rolls, and sweet potato pie

May 2: Barbecue, coleslaw, baked beans, roll or bun, and coconut pie

June 6: Fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, California blend veggies, biscuits, and cake

July 11: Hamburgers with lettuce and tomato, potato salad, baked beans, rolls, and apple pie with ice cream

Sept. 5: Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, green peas with pearl onions, biscuits, and lemon pie

Oct. 3: Pork loin with dressing, baked apples, green beans, rolls, and chocolate pie

Nov. 7: Turkey with dressing, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes and gravy, mixed veggies, rolls, and sweet potato pie

SHAPE-UP Physical Exercise Classes

YOUNG AT HEART Master's Choir

Contact: Harvey Martin (757) 363-7616. Practice every Tuesday — 1:15 PM Adult Choir Room. The Master's Choir enjoys ministering in nursing homes to shut-ins, church services and wherever invited.

SENIOR ADULT SUMMER CAMP, Aug. 1-3

Tuesday-Thursday, August 1-3, 8:15 am-12:30 pm. Tuesday, Aug. 1, 1:15-2:30 pm, additional afternoon breakout session.
