The Bible tells us that as followers of Jesus, we should be baptized as a public profession of our faith. Baptism is the first step of obedience Jesus instructed new believers to take. We baptize at Sunday Worship Gatherings, special events, and annually at the beach.

Baptism is an outward expression of the inward reality of following Jesus as your Lord and Savior and it’s something that Jesus commanded His followers to do. Our church gathers together each summer to do a special baptism time at the beach. Let us know you want to be baptized at the beach by clicking the button below or texting “baptism” to 757-742-5558. After baptism, our church family gathers for a special time of food and fellowship. You can also be baptized at any of our worship gatherings..

The entire church family is invited. Fried chicken, BBQ, baked beans, and coleslaw will be provided. Please bring sides/desserts to share with others and beverages for your family. Bring along your towels, chairs, and other items for beach fun (bodyboards, skimboards, cornhole, etc). Parking is $5.
