International Missions
And the Good News about the Kingdom will be preached throughout the whole world, so that all nations will hear it; and then the end will come.  Matthew 24:14

The people of First Norfolk have yielded to the call so “that all nations will hear” the Good News that we have freely received.  In the past few years our people are moving in unprecedented ways to impact lostness among the world’s greatest populations.

Our church is moving into strategic partnerships that plan to directly impact areas of great lostness through evangelism and church planting.  While we continue to do work that impacts felt needs following the example of Christ, we also seek to make disciples in obedience to the great commission given in Matthew 28:19-20:

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

This must be the motivation in everything that we do.  We must go beyond philanthropy and beyond winning converts to the deeper call of making disciples.  This can only be done effectively through a long term contact on the international field.  Such contacts may be either national believers or missionary leaders who are like-minded in the call to make disciples through the planting of churches.

It is our prayer at First Norfolk that you will join us as we seek to live the mission by reaching out to the unreached and unengaged of the world who desperately need Jesus.  Feel free to read the content of this website, our magazine, our blogs, etc. and let us know how God is leading you to live the mission!
